A. To expect that a psychologist has met at least minimal standards
of training and experience.
B. To examine the credentials of a psychologist as found in public
records maintained by the state Board of Psychologists.
C. To obtain a copy of the rules of conduct from the State Register
and Public Documents Division.
D. To report complaints to the Board of Psychology.
E. To be informed of costs before receiving professional services.
F. To privacy.
G. To receive psychological services without discrimination or bias.
H. To have access to their records.
I. To be free from exploitation for the benefit of the psychologist.
